Laura's Story
An educator by training and at heart, Laura leads with curiosity, compassion, and integrity, helping individuals and organizations transform how they show up in their work and relationships.
A consultant, facilitator, and team coach with 25 years of experience, Laura has partnered with leaders across industries including education, nonprofits, foundations, financial services, distribution management, and start-ups. She has coached and trained more than 3,000 educators and team leaders, designing initiatives that strengthen communication, collaboration, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness. Her expertise includes leadership development, strategic planning, change management, and data-driven team development.
Laura holds team and organizational coaching certifications from Corentus and the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and is certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is the founder of Stance, Organizational Development Partner, LLC, where she partners with organizations to drive sustainable impact through leadership development, team effectiveness, and systemic change.
